Matt Greenberg is a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance at The University of Wyoming, where he specializes in teaching students singing and the speaking voice. Matt teaches classes in the B.F.A. acting and musical theatre tracks ranging from Musical Theatre Workshop to Auditioning, Speech to Acting, and Directing to Dialects.
He is a Certified Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework, completing his training in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Moreover, he teaches acting to incarcerated individuals through the University of Wyoming’s Pathway from Prisons program.
In addition to creative research, service, and pedagogy for the University of Wyoming Department of Theatre and Dance, he works as a freelance director, devisor of new work, actor and dialect coach.
A proud member of Actor’s Equity Association, SAG/ATFRA, Matt is a certified actor-combatant through the Society of American Fight Directors, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
